What is eSIS? eSIS is the name of the next Student Information System (SIS) for the NWOCA districts. eSIS will replace our current SIS (aka SIS, POISE, or McSIS). eSIS is written by Administrative Assistants Ltd. (AAL), and it is a feature-rich, multi-district, cross-platform system. Why eSIS? Acting on the recommendation from the SSAC (Student Software Advisory Committee), the NBEC Board of Directors approved eSIS as the next Student Information System for NWOCA Districts. The Student Software Advisory Committee consists of various district personnel (including Superintendents, Principals, Tech Coordinators, and EMIS Coordinators), as well as NWOCA staff. When will we get eSIS? AAL eSIS is being implemented in three phases, with the pilot phase beginning summer/fall of 2006.
