The Instructional Services division of NWOCA was initiated in the summer of 1993 to provide a variety of Educational Technology Services to subscribing NWOCA districts in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Williams, and Wood counties in Ohio. Subscription to this service entitles districts to: Internet access and related training; training in a variety of areas; access to networked utilities like The Learning Manager, Top Class, Media Site Live, and Learning Management System; assistance in developing technology plans; access to hardware and software for preview, and other services outlined in the NWOCA CIP .
